• High pressure laminate, meeting all NEMA LD-31995 standards
• 3mm high impact resistant edgebanding on all exterior edges
• .018 PR edgebanding on all interior applications
• Phenolic backer, .040 minimum thickness
• 45 lb. density particleboard core with thermally fused melamine, 2 faces

Construction specifications
• All units are to be manufactured using dry assembly methods and system 32 fastening systems.
• Furniture parts shall be accurately machined and bored for premium grade quality utilizing system 32 machinery and CNC technology to insure consistent sizing for precision of panels.
• HPL applications must by applied with white PVA adhesive in a cold press operation
• Edges to be applied with hot melt adhesives, including all contour edges
• Drawers to have 4 sided drawer bodies
