A Little About Us

Although some may consider us a “small town”, Jamestown is no stranger to the furniture business. Once considered the “Furniture Capital of the World” furniture manufacturing has been a major industry here since the late 1800s.

Today, our 100+ employee hospitality furniture company provides casegoods for the Hotel & Resort market, Healthcare & Senior Living market, Franchise Fixtures market and Commercial Furnishings market.

Our new, state-of-the-art, 250,000 square foot manufacturing facility enables us to meet your design and budget requirements.

100% USA Made – All guestroom casegoods & millwork is made in our 250,000-sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Jamestown, NY (70 miles south of Buffalo, NY). Come take a tour of our manufacturing facility and offices!

Ease of Communication – We know you’re busy, so you’ll receive a dedicated support team Project Manager (PM) as your main point of contact. Your PM, along with your sales representatives and project engineer, will support your project through the entire manufacturing process and delivery. This is to ensure your design comes to life the way you envision. Feel free to ask for text, image, and/or video updates throughout the manufacturing process!

Always Manufacture with the End in Mind – We always manufacture with the install in mind. Our team is expertly skilled in FF&E, hotel room layout, and electrical and hardware requirements. Owning our own install company, Contract Furniture Installations (CFI), gives us a different perspective than your typical manufacturer. What does this mean? We consider the installation team that must get the products into the rooms.
